A sleep brand repositioned for higher value & engagement

Overview

SKYFLEX, a successful B2B brand established in 2010 with robust backend systems, is now entering the expanding B2C home furnishing market, aiming to be a no-nonsense consumer brand.

Challenge

Our client, ‘SKYFLEX’, sought a rebranding for their long-standing home furnishing brand in the highly competitive southern regional market. The market is saturated with either mass-appeal or super- premium brands, lacking unique designs. Our goal was to create a distinctive new design that would achieve merchandising success and stand out from the competition.

Clearer Positioning. Better Consumer Response.

We came up with an idea of creating an image of being value for money. Right from changing the logo to the brand line and its positioning. The category always focused on ‘sleep’ but our thought process was to put emphasis on ‘performance’ and ‘body’. We created a new brand identity that was inspired by the old logo yet had that ‘x’ factor as well as ‘movement’
